Just thought everyone would appreciate an update on mom. Her surgery was over a week ago now. She is receiving daily visits from home health nurse and physical therapist, however the recovery phase is proving much more difficult than she had anticipated and thus discouraging. Please continue to lift her up in prayer. Shes still not up for visitors, but if you would like to offer a word of encouragement through sending a card, Ill be happy to provide the address if needed. I think she would, especially now, love hearing from many friends. Thank you for your love and concern, but most especially your prayers. Also, remember dad in your prayers as he is still in his own recovery phase from open-heart surgery. Back-to back major surgeries in one household is challenging. Thank you again!
