Just to inform people that reside in San Tan Heights.... There is is a new security service that is now enforcing people that park on the street after 1am. I spoke to the security guy and he told me hes been enforcing for a month and a half. The fine is $25 per occurence. I think this is something that need to be brought up in Hoa meetings. Im sorry but if I have family over visiting then I see no reason. As to why they cant park on the street. Geez thanks for being so considerate for giving us Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also where is the guest parking San Tan Heights?? Doesnt matter where u park the closest house is the house that gets the ticket per mr. Security. Family oriented....I think not. Watch out and be warned.
