Just to let you know how a house insurance content works .people must be very awear of this .if you have a water leak in your house and the leak effects your downstairs neighbours. Ths insurance will only pay £250 to the plumber.but not to the mason .who has to break the wall .for the plumber to have access to repair the leak ./2 your downstairs neighbours each have to go to their own insurance to claim for damages .when it is not their fault . So question is has this always been happening in Gibraltar and in other countries . Can anyone share some light on this .So that people know in what they are getting into .before they insure. Their house .
