Just to let you know we will be choosing a picture from one of our viewers profile every week that will be used as our profile picture. It could be a picture of you or a loved one. If you dont like the idea well no problem just shoot us a message over and we can take care of that for you really quick. We are going to keep our posting down to once a day only and there is no set time on when we intend to post. We will be keeping our thoughts and opinions to ourselves or we will try to do the best we can. 2015 is looking good already! But no matter what year it is we must not lose sight of what is right. Here at BCNO we set certain boundaries. No swearing , always show respect to others , be thankful cause no one owes us anything. Music is a huge part of our page for many reasons etc. We enjoy encouraging others because life can really be tough sometimes but I believe we need to find some humor somewhere and fast when those times arrive. I personally have never been a uptight person. If I am in a meeting then I will conduct myself accordingly but when I get into my truck then hello music. I had been noticing a change in one of my daughters for example less smiling , less joking around the house and with the children. I pulled her to the side and asked her mam I do not know what you did with my daughter but you have less than a minute to get her back here and now that child looked at me and just said mommy I am so tired from so many assignments I do not even hardly have time for myself I know how demanding jobs can be and trust me when some bosses find out that you are too shy to say no then the case load becomes even worse. LEARN HOW TO SAY NO!! God is first and your family is second so on and so forth. I am at the age now that the word NO will be out of my mouth before they finish the question. She took my advise and got back to her normal self. Begin your new year with confidence and drive but keep in mind that you need to know when to say NO Recap! Posting once a day!
