Just today, I was at work. I had this terrible pain from my shoulder to my forearm. I could barely bend my arm, and then my wrist started in..followed by joints all over my body. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in late 2010. However todays symptoms were more indicative of Arthritis. I later found out a low pressure system was in town, so these most likely were arthritic symptoms. When Xochitl and I departed for our walk hours later, It was sprinkling and I thought, gee, I should have been a meteorologist! Lesson? Not all pain is the same. I can trust myself to know the different types within my body, they each present their own challenges.
