Just walked out of a bakery shop and thinking of my blogging strategy I think if I am rich and willing to invest, I can share with all much trendier recipes..but all of you will have to invest together with me ! Macaroon also have sheets, making one Swiss roll also have special design pattern .. One cake one special mould ... One cake with so many gadgets just to decorate a cake and with so much wastage ... I did not blog a lot of recipes because it is not economical from my perspective ...blog but never able to finish ...blog but family dont like .. Blog but not many readers are able to try your recipes because of gadget investment ... I think I will stick to my old strategy of blogging old, familiar household recipes.... Will not invest much unless I am in biz ... Another stingy aspect of me . Haha. Just grumbling ...
