Just want to post something positive in these days of hustle bustle of the holiday season. Kelli DiPiazza n I were shopping at toys-r-us several weeks ago. I recently discovered that one of the gifts I purchased didnt make it home. So today I made a trip back to the store. Of course I figured, oh right I was lying. The manager took my receipt to some back room n returned very apologetic n said everything was ok n I could go pick another one off the shelf. She even walked with me to get it n again apologized n asked if there was anything else she could do because of the mix up. Im a bit flabbergasted. There are good people left in the retail business.
