Just want to share my evening offgym and cardio session but not so cardio because will have some light weight and dmbbell routine but high in rep 1 set 1. 1km jog/walk/run the speed is up to you 2. Shoulder press x20 3. dumbell rows x20 4. push up/pumping x20 5. Dumbell squat x20 6. Biceps curl x20 7. Triceps kickback x20 Perform this at least 3 sets. Reduce weight or reps or both as you going a long the set. Rest as little as posible between routines. Hehe! Good luck!
