Just want to take a moment yo thank everyone for voting for me for 5th district school board. September 2nd will not only be my 50th birthday, but it will be the beginning of my 13th year of trying to make a positive difference for our children. When I do not have an opponent, I do not solicit campaign funds. My zero balance makes Mountain Press ads come out of grocery money. So please take my thanks and pass them on for me. I do take this job seriously and I feel honored to be entrusted with it. Lets take time to support our teachers and administrators and work with them to be the change we want to see in the world 1child at a time! Support our football programs Friday night at Schs Smoky Bears-Football stadium and see our kids play, cheer, march and fellowship. Look for me if you need anything and holler. I will holler back.
