Just want to throw a few things out there.....been talking to a lot guys about Edgar county fair derby and and how we do things at Paris. I just want everyone to know Im NOT a promoter I dont get paid for this show( not a dime) I use MY OWN MONEY for gas, food , and alot of $20 pit passes to go spread the word and make this show better....and I dont do it alone I have great volunteers that want to make this show better too.... I know my payout isnt as big as some of the other shows but I think WE put on a fair show and treat people they way I want to be treated...fair and and a friendly family atmosphere... good inspection crew and good people help where they can...This be my 3 year doing Paris and I enjoy all the time I get to talk to drivers and fans....I go and ask for sponsors to make the show better and I think its working cause I have other sponsors contact me cause they want to help...Ive even got other promoters either coming to help or run cars or just to watch... that means a lot to me that they want to do that at my show....OK enough about this. Less than two weeks to go if your building you better finish up and be here before 6 pm Illinois time(6:01 your to late girls are going to walk away from the entry table)....and if your coming to watch derby start at 7 see you all at the Fair.....
