Just wanted to say how grateful I am for this great year of work. At a time in my life where I am afraid its all going to come to a crashing halt, I have had one of the most fruitful and creatively gratifying years ever. There are new people in my life that took a chance on me and there so many new friends I got to know and love and I am just feeling very blessed. Pictured here are shots from 5 of the roles I played this year that were all incredibly diverse and unbelievabley rewarding - Roger DeBris in 3Ds The Producers, Leslie Caron and myself in Laguna Playhouses 6 Dance Lessons in 6 Weeks, Shannon Warne and myself as Mr. & Mrs. Banks in Sacramentos Mary Poppins, Rachel Kasper (deBenedet) and myself as Gomez & Morticia in Gateway & Ogunquit Playhouses The Addams Family, and me as Nanny Tickle in Pasadena Playhouses Sleeping Beauty and Her Winter Knight. Beyond all these great gigs, I started off the year performing in a symphony concert in France, co-producing an all-star staged reading of The Man Who Came To Dinner for our theatre company Coyote StageWorks, Inc. in Palm Springs, directed a lovely production of The World Goes Round for Moonlight Stage Productions, and got to recreate Fred Astaire and Eleanor Powells brilliant tap routine from Bway Melody with my dear friend Jeffrey Scott Parsons for this years APLA Stage Benefit. In addition, I got to do a lot of great creative video editing projects that also feed my creative soul. That is just the work stuff. The other things I have to be thankful for are far too many to list here but I am just feeling very humbled and blessed as we enter the new year, and hoping the great ride just keeps going. Cheers!
