Just wanted to share an update as some family and friends are hearing different rumors floating out there. Truth is, I was found to have small cell carcinoma in the R lung. The mass was surgically removed by removing the lobe on my right side. Thats the reason I have been having pain but Im doing great. In the next few weeks, Ill have a port placed to begin chemo treatments. Ill need radiation as well but dont know exactly when that will begin until speaking with doctors more. If you have questions please feel free to ask. I am an open book. And yes I have been a smoker for years and yes maybe thats what caused it however my Mama had it and never smoked. I believe its genetics. Whatever the cause Im not ashamed of smoking and I believe scripture. If you believe the Bible it says that the moment we are born, God knows the date of our death as well as the number of hairs on every souls head. My point is God has our date of death chosen at birth and nothing we can do will change that date. How we live our life will control where we go but not when. So always feel free to ask me because I really am an open book. I may not be proud of everything but I will always give an honest answer. Request prayers for strength. Thats what is needed mostly now and no negativity. Im positive that I was brought here for a reason and I refuse to hear negativity from anyone. I realize the ifs, ands or buts, BUT I plan to push those aside and try to share happiness, laughter and all happy thoughts and I hope that you all will be a part of every thing positive with me.
