Just wanted to share me and my TB Hurleys story. He started as a pony horse in Texas when my mother (also an equestrian) fell in love with him online. We got him when I was in third grade in hopes that one day I would be able to event him. He was trained into a beautiful event horse but sadly developed head shaking before I was big enough to show him :( he was truly a special horse who had endless potential but we decided he didnt need to be in pain any longer and allowed him to retire to be a beautiful pasture pet with an old trainer. We still own him and I hope to bring him back after college to be closer to me and spoil him rotten. Below is a picture of him a couple of years back as a six year old rockin around at novice with my trainer. Miss him every day but know that one day we will be reunited.
