Just watched Spiderman 3 again, for the first time in years. Its better than I remembered. And not quite worthy of as much scorn as it received. OK yeah, the jazz dance number is ridiculous & out of place at best. And they try to do to much into it; too many villains, love interests, & storyline continuity crammed in. And Topher Grace is gravely mis-cast as Venom. But theres a lot to like, too. Venom does look pretty cool, & the dude who plays Sandman is pretty spot on... tho they took some liberties with his size IMO. Fight scenes are pretty great. Love Gwen, love that James Francos Harry got some redemption. JJ is great as always. And this one features the best Stan Lee & Bruce Campbell cameos in the trilogy!! Also... still like this better than the relaunch.
