Just watched yesterday, the movie Happy New Year as I had nothing better to do. All thanks to almighty for not releasing on the actual new years eve, as this would have certainly spoilt the new year of many, watching dumbstruck, stereotypical comedy of farahs film. But part of the thanks to the director as well for her compassion towards audiences, as somehow she must have contemplated the film could piss off the audience if had it been released on new years day. I couldnt help but praise her for aforesaid statement for her entire film. But, what ridiculed me more was Abhishek Bachhans acceptance to enact unconvincingly cheap comedy roles subordinate to any actor of his stature. Deepika is very beautiful, as usual, but film such as this, is a big waste for her.
