Just when youre tired, and your knee is swollen, and you try to justify not giving it your all....only to google and find there are some low-impact cardio exercises you can do. Then, 2 minutes into it, you cant even begin to fathom how you will make it through these 40 minutes. You contemplate lowering the intensity. ..but you dont. Next thing you know, youve only got 2 minutes left and your hair and clothes are drenched in sweat...and you wonder how you ever doubted yourself
