Walkouts to press up, 5 x 5-10 2. 2 minutes rest walk to the pool... 3. Hydro handstands in fool, 5 x 10 sec 4. 10 meter Hydro sprints... Cool down 1. Underwater swims for 10-30sec 2. 3 minutes rest walk Just one more workout between me and dinner.... Bring on the pull ups¡
