Just wondering if anyone reading this would mind posting about their sensitivities to foods (or food additives). A cousin of mine and my brother find aspartame (Equal) very bad for them - my cousins reaction is so severe she feels aspartame should not be consumed (and I agree and I try to avoid it). Craig has a cousin who is gluten-intolerant. I am sensitive to kiwis - creates a very nasty metallic taste in my mouth which lasts for 30 minutes to an hour. Im really curious about what folks have to deal with in their diets.
