Talking to one of my classmates the conversation leads to integration, oh lawd lol. I gave him a warning about this convo. He said my girlfriend is white and Im happy with her. Me: thats fine, but what does she have to offer that a black woman cant? Him: Im colorblind, I really dont see color. Me: nevermind. Him: no seriously, I really am. Me: I never asked you whether you were colorblind, what I asked was.... What does she have to offer that none of us good sisters cant? Im asking the question for the second time because I warned you about having this convo at the beginning. Him: well, she dated a lot of thuggish black men and her father literally told me that Im a White black man because Im polite, wear my pants above my ass, and educated. He said Im not the typical black men who do nothing and I agree with him. My father hates the fact that Im with a white woman and her dad is gradually starting to like me. Me: this conversation is done because you failed to answer my intial question. Plus, as a black woman, I find it very disrespectful that you would allow this cavebeast to talk about our men in the manner he did. I know plenty of black men who are educated, dont sag their pants, are builders, entrepreneurs, family oriented and so many other good things. This mutant did not only subliminally disrespect you but he disrespected my ppl.
