Justice is not oppressive. It does not bully. It is not vengeful. Justice listens to both sides. It finds the truth. It studies, it thinks, and it seeks to understand and not simply to persecute. It has no bias. It does not appeal to spite and emotion - be it grief or anger. It is impersonal, impartial, and unemotional. It should not be served just to please the public. It is not served as revenge. It should be served as is --- pure justice - honest, fair, honorable, equitable, untainted by political ambition and desire for public approval. It offers resolution and closure. Justice over politics. Justice not revenge. Due process not Trial by Media.
