Justice system needs overhaul. With the advanced technologies here in the twenty first century, the time to replace our live judges with computers has arrived. No longer should legal decisions frothed with the personal bias of our Mad-Hatter judges be tolerated. The lower courts reek with bias and favoritism, and the recent decisions of the higher courts appear to be more political than judicial. Chief Justice John Roberts quote: “It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices.” Justice, the justice you receive depends on who you are, who you know, and how much money you have. The scales of justice are weighted with corruption, ignorance, and personal bias, and God help anyone that is expecting a fair trial: The idea that anyone will get a fair trial based on guilt or innocence, or be tried by a jury of their peers is ridiculous. Our legal system and real justice has been hijacked by a biased media, overzealous and overreaching prosecutors, unscrupulous lawyers, and mad hatter judges who hand down decisions based on how they interpret the law, which depends on who is being tried. The jury panel is selected by the prosecutor and lawyers based on the jurist bias, someone that will vote for the outcome that the lawyers and prosecutors are looking for, and since most of the normal citizens use every excuse known to get excused from jury duty, that leaves the misfits and the unlucky people sitting on the jury to bring in the verdict. And we call that Justice. The jury selection system should be very simple: 1. They are an American Citizen of that locality 2. They are of sound mind and body 3. They are not blind, deaf or dumb 4. They know how to read and write English 5. Their primary language is English 6. They are not related in any way to the victim, Lawyer, Prosecutor or person on trial. 7. They have no prior knowledge that would influence the outcome of this trial. That would eliminate the prosecutor or lawyer from influencing a court decision by loading the jury with persons that appear to vote the way they want Of course you will always have those left leaning Brain-Dead along with the disinterested elitists who happen to know nothing of what the justice system is like in these other countries claiming that it’s still the ‘best legal system in the world” which is more crap, because our justice system is no better than that of those Banana Republic’s we look down our noses at. Most of the people here in America accept this kind of sick legal system and go about their day like sheep being sodomized in the pastures of Eden.
