KEEP YOUR VOLUME DOWN IF YOU ARE AT WORK OR ARE DONT WANT TO HEAR THE F-WORD! I KIND OF YELLED IT TOWARDS THE END OF THE VIDEO. while walking to work, this morning, i saw this van slow down and come to a complete stop on South Street, shortly after the Lake Eola side street, in the middle of the far right lane. it then, slowly, crawled to the next small intersection, passed it, and then stopped, again. it was blocking a car, whose driver was extremely patient. the van then back up into the cross street of that intersection, i guess to let that one car go by. the tires turned to come the wrong way down South Street (a one-way road). i think seeing some cars go by had the vans driver decide otherwise. the tires turned back and the van, slowly, crawled back onto South Street....and stopped. at this time, i decide that maybe i should record this. what you see is what happened next. thank goodness, there wasnt a lot of traffic, at that moment.
