This is serious. It is the same in Canada! Child protection system CAS is not accountable to the protection of the children. Police too are lack in the accountability of processes to protect the children, when an investigative officer says you cant win, drop it. She was promoted so no longer working on our case. Every person who is dealing with any agency, must know what their agenda is, what their rules of procedure are etc. the more you know the less you will lose in the system, when you know your rights. incl hospital, police CAS, Family Court etc. the destruction of the family is destroying our children.
