Job opening at Jefferson College Position Announcement: Buildings & Grounds Technician I Jefferson College is seeking a full-time Buildings and Grounds Technician for the Arnold & Imperial campuses to perform duties related to exterior and interior building components, preventative maintenance and repairs; cleaning including floor care, restroom cleaning, trash collection, and other custodial duties, and occasional grounds work. Hours: Tuesday through Friday 2:00 – 10:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of one year related experience required. Working knowledge of building repair required. Preference will be given to candidates who reside within 20 minutes commute time to the Arnold campus. Successful candidate is subject to pre-employment criminal background check. Compensation: $13.72 per hour plus excellent benefits.
