This beautiful girl has been deemed aggressive by Devore, so she must exit in a crate with approved rescue. KENNEDY is at the shelter with her buddies (KIA ID #A611817 and PHOEBE ID #A611818) - all 3 are in the same position. Because of the label, KENNEDY (and her friends) must exit in a crate with approved rescue.
