Prayer for Today......... Heavenly Father, Creator and our God, thank you for loving us far more than we can think or ever image, as we come bowing lowly at your feet on this your Holy Shabbat day of rest, we pray that you will wash us, make us clean renew within us that right spirit. Thank you for the firm assurance we have in Christ our Advocate, the One who Sustains us, as we come to you in sincerity cast us not away. As we raise our expectations disappoint us not O Lord. As we come seeking the power of your Holy Spirit through the merit of Jesus let there be no delay may the blood of Jesus cover our filthiness. Help us Holy Spirit to be ready and stay ready as we see the signs unfold, prepare our waiting hearts. Is may be at morn, It may be at midday, or at twilight that the blackness of midnight will burst in to light in the blaze of His glory, when Jesus receives His own. O what joy! O what a delight! to see Jesus coming in all His glory. Let gratitude and thankfulness flow out of our heart, for Jesus loved us so much and died the death that we should have so the we may experience have everlasting life. As we fellowship in your house today be with the one who will speak on your behave, hide him under the shadow of the cross put your words in his mouth we pray in Jesus name, amen.
