Applications are now being accepted for a limited number of only 5 Artists-Students Program Description Duration: 8 weeks Session: 2- 4 hours Time: Morning Session; 9am -1pm, or Afternoon Session; 2pm – 5pm Monday – Friday Special Secessions Saturdays Intake: Monthly Launching the KIKAOO Master ART PROGRAM designed to inspire students to expand their artistic vision through painting and drawing in the studio, on the streets, parks and land marks of Nairobi. The Program is hosted by Poet J. Ammbbaassaah DEJUOLS The KIKAOO Master ART PROGRAMs ideology is based on the compelling impact that firsthand observation and perception have on drawing and painting. Students will work on location taking their inspiration from the studio, on the streets, parks and land marks that constitute the Nairobi landscape. Critiques and lectures will lend insight and prompt a deeper knowledge of each students artistic journey. Guiding students through important sites, distinguished art historians will illuminate the significance of historic places and periods. The KIKAOO Master ART PROGRAM welcomes students pursuing art as a business working in open-air, where the street and garden become the studio, profoundly impacts the focus and output of our students.
