Are you SCARED of residents and what they may say because you are really just a PRETENDER -- a person who pretends to know how to run a City but never earned the Masters and Undergraduate degrees in Public Administration that you claim you have earned? Are you a LOCAL example of the Emperor who wasnt wearing any CLOTHES? The INFORMER has filed TWO Freedom of Information requests asking about the Citys on-lone page at countryclubhills.org where you have your bio and it states you have earned those degrees in Public Administration. But why doesnt your bio mention where you earned those degrees? We asked you once, KING WELCH, and now we filled out the second Freedom Of Information request just in case you lost the first one we filled out in City Hall. Stop ignoring the INFORMERs requests because we are not going away. The INFORMER has always known that when you and your pals are alone, you laugh at the community because you cant believe how you have DUPED us for 27 years. But the INFORMER thinks your game is quickly coming to an end. So, for the last time, tell us where you got those degrees that you have been bragging about all these years. Does the INFORMER need to go to City Hall and speak during a Council meeting and ask you for proof to your face where you earned those two degrees? We are waiting for your answer, KING WELCH, but we already knew the answer. You dont have a background in Public Administration because when you spend millions in taxpayer funds, you never do any FEASIBILTY STUDIES that would show how to begin a multimillion dollar project -- of if you should be spending taxpayer money on it at all. Your lack of a real background in Public Administration is why Country Club Hills is BROKE.
