KPTCL WORK LOAD NORMS 1975: This is the present work load norms for employees of KPTCL which is available on official website of KPTCL. Almost 40 years passed and this manual is yet to be amended. All employees should have a work load which is practically possible to carry out routine works without stress. When we see the actual existing staff, it is just 45-50 % of the sanctioned posts and beside this the work pressure is three times, since the infrastructure and consumers have multiplied by several times.
