KSO calls indefinite bandh in Churachandpur MU NEWS/IMPHAL, Dec 08 : The Kuki Students Organization (KSO) and Kuki Women Organization for Human Rights have called indefinite bandh in Manipur’s Churachandpur district against the brutal killing of one Ngahneilam Haokip (35) daughter of (L) Seithang Haokip of Masemjang Village.Ngahneilam marries to one Md Khumei of Kwakta village under Moirang police station. KSO and the Kuki women body are demanding immediate arrest and punishment of the culprits involved in the incident.The bandh came into force in the hill district since this morning which severely affects the inter-district passenger and other vehicular movements between the district with the rest of the state not to speak of connecting with the state capital today.However it could not affect the normal life of the hill town which was located about 65 km south of Imphal.
