KUTSINTA recipe shared by Ms. Anna Lissa Capangpangan. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup plain flour 1 cup sugar 2 cups water 1/2 tsp lye water atsuete powder for coloring (annato powder) HOW TO PREPARE KUTSINTA: Mix flour and sugar. Add water and mix properly making sure that there is no more lumps left . Dissolve atsuete in a little bit of hot water with lye water then mix it with the flour mixture. If you are not happy with the color you can add more atsuete. Put the mixture in a little round container and steam for 20 minutess in low fire.
