KUTX Live at the Paramount presents BRUCE AND KELLYS HOLIDAY SHINDIG A Live TV Taping with special guests Joe Ely and Shawn Colvin Saturday, December 13 at 7:00pm Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas Hey folks, Joe Ely and Shawn Colvin will be with us at the Paramount Holiday Shindig show! We are so excited to announce this. What incredible artists and we really have some special stuff planned for the taping. Hope you can make it out. We are hard at work on the show. So much material to choose from...I think I should just sit back and listen! Joe Ely should be in the Country Music Hall of Fame. He put real country music and rocking sound together in a way nobody had done before. If a space alien asked me what Texas Country music is, Id play it Honky Tonk Masquerade. Shawn Colvin is simply one of the best singer-songwriters of the past twenty years. I am just over the moon about this show. It is a great indicator of why I moved to Austin in the first place and feel so much pride in being a musician from Texas. Cant believe the holidays are upon us. We are taking the kids out to the Hill Country to Dads place for Thanksgiving. Its pretty rustic but Kelly claims to be looking forward to it. Any who, its been a great year and wonderful to travel a bit and get to see you folks. Kelly and I wish you a wonderful Holiday season and hope we get to see you down the line. Bruce and Kelly
