KYODO NEWS shortwave fax English language broadcast, from their Singapore relay 9VF/252 on 16035 kHz in the last hour, received in Melbourne, Australia. Transmitted at 12 hours UTC, 5th January 2015, transmission time of 40 minutes @ 60 lines per minute. Received on an FRG7700 receiver, FRT-7700 ATU, with a modified Windom antenna on 16035 kHz, about the 18 metre wavelength. Decoded by tuning the carrier on Upper Sideband, and tuning 1.9 kHz low, then feeding the frequency modulated audio tone into the computers sound card, and using Fldigi freeware to decode it. Signals were fairly low, particularly towards the end of the transmission (right-hand side of the fax) - cheers from VK3AML, Melbourne, Australia!:
