Kaleji Fry (goat liver) Ing ; 250 g kaleji( cut into small bite size pieces ) 1 tbs ginger( finely chopped) 1 tbs garlic (finely chopped) 1 medium tomato( finely chopped) Salt to taste 1/2 tsp red chili flakes 1/2 tsp cumin seed 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander seed( crushed) 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp brown sugar( optional ) 2 tbs lemon juice 1/4 cup oil Method ; Wash liver. Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger garlic n sauté add kaleji to it n fry until oil separates. Then add chopped tomatoes n spices along with sugar to it n cook on medium to high heat until tomatoes tender n oil separates. Once all done put it in serving dish n garnish with julienned ginger n lemon juice on top . Serve with chapati or naan . Voila , Bon Appetite :)
