Kambwili’s Ambitious Livingstone Stadium Project Collapses Sports Minister Chishimba Kambwili says the Livingstone Stadium will only be built in 2015 due to budgetary constraints. Kambwili, who was on a tour of stadia in Livingstone, also revealed that the Maramba Stadium renovation had stalled because the money allocated as part of the United Nations World Tourism conference had not been allocated. He said that no money was allocated for the Livingstone Stadium in the 2013/14 stadium.
