Kanji world : In Japanese , the word 核心的利益/ Kakushin-Teki Rieki has meaning core interests with top top priority but it is merely used in every day conversation and in politic. it was 2009/July during strategic dialogue between U.S.A., & Communist China , 戴秉国/Dai Bingguo - State Councilor of China started to use the word 核心利益/ Hexin Liyi as the interest specifically incorporating with territorial integrity and national sovereignty ... necessary to keep political stability of the regime, leadership of the communist party, communism system, and the road of socialism with Han Chinese characteristics. In 1978 Shanghai , the time and place I took my first visit, streets and factories were filled by youngs who were eager to hear about western technology and the affluent life and middle age people who returned from miserable life of deport by cultural revolution were busy to restore their life from scratch and talked me if they had enough time to make it again.
