Kapaserv Global Solutions Company: Kapaserv Global Solution Location: 3rd Floor Topaz Building, Damosa IT Park, Lanang, Davao City JOB FAIR August 28 (Wed) 8AM – 4PM Unit 88. 8th floor LANDCO Corporate Centre J.P Laurel Avenue Davao city 8000 Position: IT Admin Dialer Responsibilities: The Dialer Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily production and performance of dialer system. The Dialer Administrator (DA) is responsible for building and supporting blended calling campaigns for the functions supporting areas. The DA will collaborate with line of campaign management to determine overall strategy and will design efficient calling campaigns that meet or exceed proposed goals. Requirements: o Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course o Basic to Advance Microsoft, Linux Management o Preferably using Microsoft, Ubuntu, Debian, Linux Mint Distribution o Experience is Vicidial or equivalent Dialer Management is a MUST o MySQL database Management is a MUST o Hands on experience using Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewall [CCNA is an advantage but not required] o Experience in BGP, EIGRP, GRE Tunnel, QoS, MPLS, Layer2, Layer3 is an advantage o Advance Networking skills including TCP/IP, IP Addressing, Subnets, VLAN, Routing o Advance knowledge in WAN, INTERVLAN, inter-site connectivity o Knowledgeable Proxy Servers, Firewall Servers o Advance knowledge in network security o Must be able to work under extreme pressure o Single or Married o Can handle pressure o Male/Female 23 years old and above o Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics o Willing to work in Davao City Company: Kapaserv Global Solution Location: 3rd Floor Topaz Building, Damosa IT Park, Lanang, Davao City Position: IT Specialist Responsibilities: The IT Specialist will be principally responsible for the overall PBX/ VoIP system across all SIS corporate locations. In addition to these duties, the IT Specialist is responsible for assisting with IT help desk issues, network administration, and systems administration. The IT Specialist will report directly to the IT Head of IT Team. Requirements: o Manages the corporate PBX/ VOIP systems. o Manages and troubleshoots system, network and telecommunication connections for corporate offices. o Researches, plans and oversees telephone and network system replacements and upgrades. o Establishes and maintains strong relationship with outside client(s) and representatives for support and problem resolution. o Resolves problems reported by end users for personal computers, cellphones, LAN equipment (switches, routers, wifi AP’s, etc.) o Monitors and measures the performance of corporate network; reports problems to the appropriate individuals. o Setup, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot computer system/units. o Trains users in the use of commercial, off the shelf (OTS) software and hardware. o Perform other related duties and special project functions as assigned.
