He knows that the Real Madrid fans love seeing the players run until the last second and fight for every ball, but he isnt willing to change his style of play. He refuses to obsess over the demand for him to score more frequently. He knows that his role is also about acting as a foil for his teammates and setting up goals, however much flak he gets for not hitting the net more himself.
