The Resolutions shall be reasonable facsimiles of the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions of 1798 as drafted by the authors of The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution, Messrs Thomas Jefferson and James Madison. These Resolutions are constitutionally crafted specifically for the nullification of any unlawful Act or usurpation by Congress, which shall be applied, by our home Countries for all usurpations since the "1913 Trifecta of Tyranny"; after the following is first executed and well underway; Next companion legislation for all County Sheriff Departments, State and Local Law Enforcement personnel and all State National Guard members take a Constitution course by The National Center for Constitutional Studies or by Michael Badnarik, so that they have a comprehensive and perspicuous understanding of what they have sworn an Oath to Support and Defend against all Enemies, both foreign and our elected and non-elected Federal public servants. After all of the above legislative measures has been executed and underway, the State, with the balance of the Union following shortly behind, shall commence with the organized and well contemplated nullification of ALL unlawful Acts and usurpations of Congress since 1913, effectively dissolving the size, powers, scope and spending by the U.S. Government to that granted them under Article I Section 8, of The Constitution, pursuant to the 9th and 10th Amendments. This will result in N.B.C.R. - NO BUDGET CUTS REQUIRED, because The States will do all the budget cuts for them.
