Karonde and hari Mirch ka instant Achaar... U need... 250 gms karonde...cut into halves and deseeded. 8-10 green chilies..cut into pieces 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp mustard oil Heat mustard oil till it smokes in a kadai....as it cools down add the karondes and green chilly to it...add salt and turmeric powder...mix well. Cover and cook for 5 min. on medium heat..... The yummy teekha and tangy achaaar is ready to eat.. Can keep it in fridge for 2-3 days....
