Kasama DC interfers in voting process Dear Editor Kasama DC interferes in voting process Is right for Kasama district commissioner Kalanga Bwalya to physically check the voting pattern at polling centres without ECZ accreditation. This old man is currently busy going round in polling centres getting data on how people are voting and for who? On top of that he is using a government vehicle thus compromising voters to remember that his job on the line if they don’t vote properly. It is public knowledge that he was a PF chairman before he became DC and this bring to question his morality of checking on voters decisions. As election officers, observers and monitors alike we are very worried with the behaviour of the DC. Therefore, Ba Watch Dog please help us send this message to ECZ and other concerned parties that the DC is trying to interfer in our electoral process. We want a free and fair election.
