Kashmir Education Initiative (KEI) is inviting application from Kashmir based students for its Pre-Doctoral Scholarship Program who intend to apply to Master’s/ PhD programs in the United States, for the session 2015-16. Prospective students must intend to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), which are required for admission in the Master’s/PhD. The KEI PDS award will cover the cost towards GRE and TOEFL. KEI will also try to enroll selected students in online GRE courses. The award will also fund the application fee of five universities. All payments will be made online, by KEI itself. No cash will be awarded at any point. Besides financial assistance, the selected scholars will be assigned a specific mentor, who will guide them through the entire process.
