Kate writes: I really want to use Teaching Textbooks for my boys (9 and 11) this year. The youngest will like the visual lessons and the oldest will start algebra and will enjoy working by himself......................but it is so expensive. I know about ebay, buying parts of the program etc. Does any one have any recommendations that are just as good but cheaper. We did Khan for the 11 year old this year and I am just not sure he learnt anything.
