Katrina G asks Would anyone have any idea on what would be making the high pitched squealing from my car: I have ruled out the fan belt & breaks... ive taken it to a mechanic which surprisingly the car didnt make a sound or seem to have anything wrong... but seemed as though he only has a quick look... It happens on start up (any time of day regardless if ive driven it earlier) only when I am driving, stops on when not moving, lasts only for a few seconds except this afternoon lasted a couple of kilometers- I have no Idea what to do and I dont want to waste time going back and forth to mechanics when they say nothing is wrong???
