Kayla Martin This is for you and your family... We all love and miss your mother and I can still remember how she never lost her faith even in the face of her battle with this debilitating disease. She was truly an inspiration to us all. So before you watch this please know a few things. 1) Hope Davis has 72 hours to complete the challenge because she just got over being sick and I dont want to be the cause of pneumonia. 2) The Conn Crew nomination is in general. I dont care if none or all of you do this, but please share and spread the word about ALS guys. I know Im new to the crew, but this disease has impacted two of my closest friends families and I would love to spread the word farther than I myself can reach. 3) More than anything, all the people I nominated, please just donate $5 if nothing else. You can go to ALSA.org and there is a donation button on their front page that will lead you directly to their donation site. Even if you dont give to this foundation, please give to an organization that will help support the awareness and research into ALS. 4) Yes I actually had to do it twice because we didnt think we had a recording of the first time but dont worry, another roommate had it so I cut it in when it was understandable... and of course the original ice water dump is in there.
