Keegans neurologist got in touch with us today. We increased his Keppra again and are praying that it works! There are other medications that we can use, however, this medication has minimal side effects. So far today he has been great! He did amazing with his therapy session today. He stayed on task with one particular toy for over 30 mins! We have never made it past 5 mins! His appetite is finally back. One thing we have noticed with each seizure is that his appetite diminishes and he generally will only eat cereal. This time was not any different. This morning his Pappy made him french toast and he ate.... 4 pieces!!! That is when we knew he was feeling better! He played all day and didnt nap at all and finally crashed on the couch at 730 and is still sleeping. Thank you all for your continued prayers and support. We appreciate every one that follows our son! Nights like last night sure do bring a strong Momma down. It is the hardest thing in the world knowing that your child is suffering and there is nothing that you can do. I dont break often but those are the times! It is nice to know that I have almost 700 followers that are sending their prayers and positive words our way! A huge thanks to all of you!
