Keep in mind, Im a wee bit of a corn snobas I was raised on fresh corn, straight from the garden :) so this recipe must be REALLY good for me to be sharing it. :D No Boil Corn on the Cob Aluminum Foil Butter or margarine Any flavor Mrs. Dash seasoning And yes, Im about to suggest you use frozen ears of corn from the freezer section of the grocery store. Slather corn excessively with butter, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, wrap tightly in foil and place on grate over campfire. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, checking at 10 minutes to make sure the corn is not getting too soft. I made these a few weeks ago when we went camping and even my fellow corn snobs declared them to be the best they had ever eaten. Though food is second only to fishing when we camp, we still try to find ways to keep our food cold in the cooler and easy to prepare with minimal cleanup. We usually end up packing our gear on our wheelers and going quite a ways in to our sites, so going on ice runs arent an option. It helps tremendously when most everything is frozen before we put it in the cooler. :) Hope to see yall out there this weekend!
