Keep the tension on until the elections, to justify a fourth term for the leader due to a crisis?! And read the last bit on the teaching in mother tongue other than Turkish: will only be available at some private high schools for those who can pay. And is the level of Kurdish proficiency really so low that those schools have to open a preparatory class for learning Kurdish before the first year of high school?! Private high schools will employ teachers able to teach math, physics, biology and chemistry in Kurdish. what about literature, history, religious education? As there are no trained teachers in Turkey for such a position, schools will be able to hire teachers from northern Iraq or Europe. There must be any number of Kurdish teachers for any subject, teaching in Turkish now. Is it not possible, with a minimum of teaching in terminology, to switch to Kurdish? Iraqi Kurds speak a different dialect (mostly Sorani) which is not mutually intelligible with the Kurmanji mostly spoken in Turkey.
