Kell Robotics was featured on Georgia Public Television at 7:00 PM, March 17. The teams robots opened the show, and at about 15:00 into the show, the remainder of the show was about FIRST and Kell Robotics. The three robots you see is from the 2012, 2013, and 2014 (practice robot) seasons . Here is the video: gpb.org/on-the-story/episode/robot-power-charges-up-atlanta-science-fest The team was part of the Atlanta Science Festival which ran 8 days from March 22-29th. 2,000 visitors came to the Kell Robotics Innovation Center in Kennesaw Georgia to learn about robot, drive FRC robots, play with FLL robots, and participate in non-robotic STEM activities. 2,000 visitors coming to the IC is fun but completely exhausting. If you listen to James Earl Jones talk about baseball but substitute the word robotics or science, then that is what we experienced. They kept coming and coming and coming. https://youtube/watch?v=7SB16il97yw Saturday the 29th the Atlanta Science Festival continued at the Georgia World Congress Center and was co-located with the FIRST Robotics Peachtree Regional Competition. 20,000 attended with plenty spilling over into the FRC competition.
