Kendriya Vidyalaya Uppal No1 Alumni Association Executive Commitee meeting on 28/12/2014 Minutes of Meeting:- Meeting started at 11:30 am; presided by Dr Radha Seetepalli, President; K V Pavan Kumar, Gen Secy; Parasuram Venkatesh, Treasurer; Damaraju V RamaKrishna Sarma, Legal Advisor; Mahendra Kumar Pagare, Executive Member; Padma Prasad, Executive Member; Renuka Gurubhagavatula; Executive Member. 1. Decision taken to organize Annual Gen Meeting at Location outside school for 2015. Place is yet to be finalized, options being any good sight seeing place/ resort in 49-50 km radius in Hyderabad. Expenses incurred will be equally shared by all participants. Tentatively May end- June 1st week. 2. Similar to last year, School toppers will be honored and schilarship will be awarded to Financially deprived merit students. 3. Domain registered for Association Website for next two years. Domain is kvu1.net Website will be active latest by 26 Jan, 2015. Members are requested to share contents. Website will consist of details of all registered Members; Details of Past and present Teachers; Alumni Activities; By Laws; Bank A/c details; Blog; Website commitee to be managed by Mr Parasuram Venkatesh and Membership Commitee by Mrs Renuka Gurubhagavathula.
